Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

1. General Policy

All purchases made through Fitworks are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing. By purchasing any service, product, or program, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.


Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Fitworks and only in accordance with the conditions below.



2. Coaching Services & Appointments

This includes personal training, wellness coaching, nutrition coaching, consultations, and related services.


  • Services are non-refundable once an appointment or session has occurred.
     
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.
     
  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are not eligible for refunds or credits.
     
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without price adjustment.


 

3. Service Packages & Memberships

  • Packages and memberships are non-refundable once activated.
     
  • Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe and do not roll over unless stated in writing.
     
  • Unused sessions are forfeited after expiration.


 

4. Digital & Online Products

This includes online programs, workout plans, challenges, guides, downloadable content, and virtual coaching materials.


  • All digital and online products are non-refundable due to immediate access and delivery.
     
  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, lack of use, or change of mind.


 

5. Physical Products & Apparel

This includes clothing, accessories, and branded merchandise.


  • Apparel and physical products are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
     
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
     
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
     
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
     
  • Final sale, clearance items, and limited releases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
     

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.



6. Events, Workshops & Seminars

This includes in-person and virtual events, speaking engagements, workshops, and seminars.


  • Event registrations and tickets are non-refundable.
     
  • If Fitworks cancels an event, a full refund or credit will be issued.
     
  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets may be transferred to the new date but not refunded.


 

7. Payment Plans

  • All payment plans are non-refundable and must be completed in full as agreed.
     
  • Failure to participate, attend sessions, or access content does not release the client from payment obligations.


 

8. Exceptional Circumstances


Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, at the sole discretion of Fitworks.

Approval is not guaranteed and may result in a partial refund or store credit rather than a full refund.



9. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

All requests must be submitted in writing via email:

Please allow 5–7 business days for review. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


10. Policy Updates
